No. At Windsor Built Homes, we make it easy for you.The price you see includes both the home and the land, so there’s no need to apply for a new home construction loan. Rather than buying a piece of land, securing financing and then hiring a contractor to build the home, you simply need to select your homesite and find a floorplan that suits you. We’ll deal with the banks — you have enough to think about with building your dream home.

From starting construction to final inspection, we take every care to ensure that each home we build meets our exacting standards. However, it’s also important that you maintain all aspects of your home. Our Home Warranty manual includes step-by-step instructions on how to care for your home and provides you with added peace-of-mind. Should you have an issue with any aspect of your home, please consult your Home Warranty manual or complete our Home Warranty form.

Yes and no. Windsor Aughtry was founded in 1988 and has always operated as two separate divisions — a real estate development and commercial brokerage firm and a residential homebuilder. That organizational structure changed in 2015 when, after 27 years of successful operations, the principal owners decided that the best plan for the next generation of ownership was to re-organize the company into separate residential and commercial operations. Thus, Windsor Built Homes was born. It’s the same quality construction, affordability and attention-to-detail that you’ve come to trust over the years — just operating under a new name.
