New Homes in Arden are not Easy to Find.

Conveniently located in between Asheville and Hendersonville, the town of Arden is excellent for people trying to get the most out of life in South Asheville.  With the addition of Biltmore Town Square and the Outlet Mall, there is plenty of shopping and dining to keep you and your family entertained.  If the outdoors are more your thing, you have easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway new homes in ardenwith its scenic beauty and its miles of hiking trails.  Want to cool off?  Zen Tubing is right around the corner and you can float down the French Broad River.  With all it has to offer what’s hard to find is new homes in Arden.

Shopping and Nightlife

The Biltmore Town Square offers fine dining such as Travinia and 131 Main.  There’s a movie theater, a Hilton Hotel, and a Barnes & Noble.  If you are a big sports fanatic, you might want to check out the Hickory Tavern where fans of teams from all over congregate to enjoy a cold beer, a good steak, the joy of victory or the agony of defeat.  After that cold beer and steak, there’s even a YMCA where you can burn the calories and get back to form.  In nearby Mills River, there is the Sierra Nevada Brewery where you can tour the facilities and also have an excellent meal.

Outdoors Life

The mountains of western North Carolina are one of the most beautiful parts of this country and people travel from all over to see it.  Congratulations!  You get to live here.  You can be on the Blue Ridge Parkway in just minutes enjoying a hiking trail, the Folk Arts Center, or enjoy the scenic mountain views of the Pisgah Inn at 5,000 feet, which will provide some much needed relief during those brutal southern summers.  Want to stay cool without and stay close to the ground?  Try Zen Tubing which is just off Brevard Road where you and your family can enjoy a relaxing Saturday afternoon just floating down the French Broad River.  Just don’t forget the sunscreen.

Great Schools

Perhaps the most important benefit of living in Arden is its great schools from Avery’s Creek to T.C. Roberson High, you just can’t beat the quality of the schools in this area.  The parents are involved and the athletics are excellent.  Many people have moved into this area strictly to be part of this great educational system.  Your children’s future is most important.

The Arden area is booming and it’s not hard to tell why.  With all it has to offer from fine dining and entertaining to outdoor adventures that will make your family memories that will last a life time.  All while being in one of the best school districts in western North Carolina.  Arden has it all.  New homes in Arden are not so easy to find, however.  If you would like to know more about new homes in Arden, please contact John Norwood with Windsor Built Homes using the form below.
